Corsair International offers several communication channels to contact its customer service quickly and efficiently. Formerly known as Corsair Fly, this French airline serves various destinations across West Africa, the Indian Ocean, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Whether it’s for a booking, flight modification, lost luggage, or a compensation request, here are all the ways to reach the airline by phone, email, or online.

Contacting the airline by phone

Corsair’s customer service can be reached by phone for any travel-related inquiry, whether before or after your trip. Here are the phone numbers to contact depending on your situation.

Before your flight: booking, changes, inquiries

If you need information about a flight, wish to modify a booking, or have a question about fares and schedules, you can call:

  • From mainland France: dial 39 17 (€0.35/min + call cost). Customer service is available 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
  • From the French Caribbean: 39 17 is also accessible, with hours adjusted to the local time zone, from 1:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • From abroad: contact +33 1 70 39 22 10. This number is free from a landline and available daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

After your trip: claim, lost luggage, compensation

If you experienced an issue during your trip with Corsair (delayed flight, damaged or lost baggage, flight cancellation, or filing a claim after an incident), here are the numbers to call:

  • From France: call 0800 94 1008. The call is completely free and available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
  • From abroad: contact +33 5 56 55 29 43. The call is free and service is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Administrative service and general assistance

For any other requests requiring specific assistance, particularly for administrative matters, Corsair provides a toll-free number:

  • From France and the French overseas departments: dial 0800 94 10 08, available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

To avoid long wait times on the phone, try calling outside of peak hours, usually mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

If you don’t receive a quick response, other contact options are available, including email and an online form.

Other ways to contact Corsair

If you prefer written communication, the airline provides several email addresses and an online contact form.

Sending an email

To contact Corsair depending on your departure location:

The official website

You can also contact the airline via the online form available on its official website. To submit your inquiry, simply fill in your personal information, such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number.

You also need to specify the reason for your request, whether it’s a booking, a claim, a refund request, or any other question related to your flight. If necessary, you can attach supporting documents, such as your e-ticket, a baggage receipt, or any relevant file to support your request.

Before sending your message, it is advisable to check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section available on Corsair’s website. You may find many answers to common questions there, which could save you time and avoid an unnecessary request.

Compensation and refund: what are your rights?

If your Corsair flight is cancelled, delayed by more than 3 hours, or overbooked, you may be eligible for compensation of up to €600 under the European Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004.

Incidents that give right to compensation

  • Flight cancellation without at least 14 days’ notice
  • Flight delay of more than 3 hours upon arrival
  • Denied boarding due to overbooking
  • Corsair staff strike (excluding external strikes, such as air traffic controllers’)

How to file a claim?

To receive compensation, simply contact Corsair customer service through one of the channels mentioned above. However, since the process can often be long and complex, we recommend using a specialized service such as Indemniflight. We will handle the claim on your behalf, with no upfront costs.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed, don’t forget to check your rights to compensation! You could recover up to €600 in compensation.
