  • A copy of the family book (for minor Customers and only if necessary)..

The legal bases for managing their personal information are:

        

  • a contractual obligation (for example, a power of attorney);
  •     

  • their consent statement (for example, permission via email or phone)
  •     

  • complying with our obligation (for example, fraud prevention)

Your personal information can be managed by our competent internal departments (customer service, legal department, finance department) and the lawyers who work with us.

During the course of our activity, we may need to transfer your personal information to a country outside the European Union. In order to protect your personal information, we have put in place appropriate safeguards in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the laws on the protection of personal data.

Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary and legally permitted to achieve these purposes. In order to comply with our tax obligations, we will keep your personal information for 5 years before deleting them.

If you sign in to your Customer account or send an email to dpo@indemniflight.com, you may at any time exercise the right to access, change, object, delete, carry data and restrict data handling.
